Who we are
The Duvall Bread Company was created to foster community, to promote local and sustainably grown ingredients, and to strive for excellence in every loaf. We offer delicious gluten-free goods that aren’t just as good as their glutenous counterparts - they’re better, taking advantage of the many delicious flavors that come flours outside the wheat family.
The company was born in the home kitchen of our lead baker after he left a career of engineering to follow his passion for bread. We cater to markets in and around the Snoqualmie river valley, and we’re just getting started!
